Room was a little warm and air-con didn't seem to work. Easy solved by turning down bathroom radiator and opening window. Taxi firm used by hotel is more expensive than the airport's taxi firm

Good and clean room, good in-room internet facilities (wired and wireless, included in price). Good location near bars and restaurants (not directly near main shopping streets). Haven't tried the pools and spa, but trust these are really OK.
They arranged a taxi for me for a business meeting. This taxi was at 3x times the price of a "normal" taxi service. This never happened to me at sister hotel Zara Boutique.

Absolutely excellent in every way. Great staff who speak English well and are extremely helpful. Superb restaurant at a very reasonable price. The Reception foyer is beautiful and the guest facilities are excellent as well. This is a very very good hotel.
